Rules Governing Your Account and Play

01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "vvjl11", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the vvjl11.cam platform and all associated services.

02Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Player and vvjl11. By completing the vvjl11 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox at the vvjl11 Login and registration page, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a vvjl11 employee.

03Eligibility & Registration

Registration with vvjl11 is open to eligible individuals subject to the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on vvjl11. This requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. vvjl11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.

The vvjl11 platform is operated for and directed primarily at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing vvjl11 from your location is lawful. vvjl11 does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

You are required to provide accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

04Account Management

Each Player may hold only one active vvjl11 account. Duplicate account registrations are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vvjl11 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances associated with those accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your vvjl11 Login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person.
• vvjl11 will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or live chat.
• You must notify vvjl11 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your vvjl11 account to any other person.
• vvjl11 may suspend or close an account if it has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Remaining balances in inactive accounts are subject to the dormant account policy notified at the time of closure.

KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed from your vvjl11 account. Acceptable identification documents include a Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, driver's licence, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. vvjl11 typically completes KYC review within 24 hours of document submission.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

vvjl11 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional verification. Deposits are credited to your vvjl11 wallet instantly in most cases, though bank transfers may take up to two (2) business hours to confirm.

vvjl11 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside vvjl11's control and are your responsibility.

Withdrawal requests from your vvjl11 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered under your verified name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• vvjl11 processes approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to four (4) hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take up to one (1) banking day.
• vvjl11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected.
• Bonus balances and winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

06Bonuses & Promotions

vvjl11 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other periodic promotions to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements which must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated as applying to the combined deposit plus bonus amount.
• Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your vvjl11 account automatically.
• vvjl11 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including arbitrage betting or collusion, will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are for real-money play only and are not available to players using the platform's demo or free-play modes.

07Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games made available on vvjl11 — including slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, fishing games, and crash games — are operated in accordance with the rules published by each game provider and are subject to Random Number Generator (RNG) certification by independent testing laboratories.

• The outcome of each game on vvjl11 is determined by certified RNG systems that are not influenced by previous results, player behaviour, or account status.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical cards, dice, or roulette wheels under studio conditions monitored by vvjl11 and its software providers.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or software error, vvjl11 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. No further liability is accepted.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvjl11 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one vvjl11 account.

09Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the vvjl11 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any vvjl11 content without prior written consent from vvjl11.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vvjl11 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the vvjl11 platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game service.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your vvjl11 Login credentials.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the information provided on the vvjl11 platform.
• Delays or failures in electronic transmission of data beyond vvjl11's reasonable control, including network outages, ISP failures, or disruptions to GCash or PayMaya services.
• Losses arising from your gambling activities on vvjl11, including failure to win any game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

12Privacy & Data Protection

13Amendments to These Terms

vvjl11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file with your vvjl11 account and/or by a prominent notice on the vvjl11.cam homepage prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the vvjl11 platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting vvjl11 support.

14Account Termination & Closure

Either party may terminate the player account relationship at any time. You may request voluntary closure of your vvjl11 account by contacting support. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard KYC requirements.

vvjl11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player account immediately and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vvjl11 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to vvjl11's customer support for informal resolution.

If informal resolution is not achieved within fifteen (15) calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial body in the Philippines. Players may also escalate complaints involving PAGCOR-licensed operators directly to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
